Being new to Medicare I really didn’t understand any of the terminology but Carla took her time and walked me through everything step by step going over all the terminology that I didn’t understand showing me every plan comparison according to my needs until I was satisfied. She made sure I had time to think about my decision before I signed any paperwork and even accepted my phone calls and texts for follow up questions after I signed!
